Policies:
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of the request, and are subject to rate changes upon quote’s expiration.
- There is a minimum $100 non-refundable deposit to book a wedding reservation (which is applied to balance owed). The rate will not be confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits may be applied to another booking should you cancel the wedding transportation request, if used within one year of the date the deposit is received.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) are subject to a charge of 50% of base fare. All reservations require a credit card to secure the booking. Clients may pay the chauffeur in cash if they choose to do so.
- The consumption of any alcoholic beverages or tobacco product is unlawful when consumed by a minor. There will be no alcoholic beverages transported in the passenger compartment or any other compartment of the limousine. There will be NO SMOKING in the limousine. This rule shall apply to any and all other illegal substances. If, at anytime, any of the passengers are found to have in their possession, or have been at anytime during the course of the service, been consuming any alcohol or an illegal substance, the service will be terminated. Any and all monies shall be forfeited and the parent will be notified. The driver has the option of returning to the point of pick up or ending the service at the point of infraction. The driver shall also have the right to examine all bags or parcels to be placed in the vehicle to determine if they contain any illegal substances.
